September 11: St Deiniol

St Deiniol, Hawarden in Wales is dedicated to the first Bishop of Bangor (sixth century). Sir George Gilbert Scott restored the church following an arson attack in 1857.

The church is adjacent to a beautiful 19th century residential library of the same dedication.
